Through the collective efforts of all member representatives, the First Representatives Meeting of the Trade Union of Changzhou Shengyue Mould Plastic Co., Ltd. was successfully convened on September 9, 2025. The meeting lawfully elected the first committee of the company's trade union and its specialized committees, marking the official establishment of the union organization. This milestone has injected new momentum into corporate democratic governance, employee rights protection, and high-quality development initiatives.
The conference commenced promptly at 2:00 PM with members signing in and taking their seats in sequence. In strict compliance with the "China Trade Union Charter" and relevant regulations, the meeting followed standard procedures. Xu Yuyan, Vice Chairperson of Nanshaxu Subdistrict Trade Union, attended the session and provided guidance.
The assembly reviewed and approved the preparatory work report, election guidelines, and candidate lists for both candidates and ballot counters. Through secret ballot voting, members of the first Trade Union Committee, Fund Review Committee, Women Workers' Committee, Labor Dispute Mediation Committee, Labor Law Supervision Committee, and Labor Protection Supervision Committee were elected, ensuring full transparency, fairness, and impartiality throughout the electoral process.

In his speech, the newly elected trade union chairman Comrade Wu Xuefei stated that they will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, faithfully fulfill trade union responsibilities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, unite the broad masses of employees to actively contribute to the company's development, and strive to open up new prospects for trade union work. He emphasized that the trade union will fully leverage its role as a bridge and link, serve employees and enterprises, and contribute to achieving higher-quality development of the company.
Xu Yuyan, vice chairman of the General Trade Union of Nansha Shu Street, congratulated the smooth opening of the conference and expressed her ardent expectations for the new trade union committee. She hoped that the trade union would perform its duties according to law and take active actions. She also explained in detail the benefits and exclusive protection that workers could enjoy by joining the trade union.
The successful convening of this conference marks the official launch of the trade union work of Changzhou Shengyue Mould Plastic Co., LTD. The new trade union committee will shoulder the trust and responsibility of the majority of workers, continue to promote the democratic management of the enterprise, build harmonious labor relations, and help the growth of workers and win-win for the enterprise.
