On September 11, 2025, Mr. Jagannath, Operations Director, and Mr. Rahul from the Indian subsidiary of U.S.-based IDEX Corporation visited Changzhou Shengyue Mould Plastic Co., Ltd. for technical discussions and a business tour. The two parties held in-depth discussions focusing on injection molding processes, mold technology issues, and potential future cooperation directions. The delegation also conducted an on-site visit to Shengyue's production workshops and advanced equipment systems. This meeting laid a solid foundation for further promoting transnational cooperation and expanding into the high-end manufacturing market between the two companies.

The conference commenced promptly at 2:00 PM with members signing in and taking their seats in sequence. In strict compliance with the "China Trade Union Charter" and relevant regulations, the meeting followed standard procedures. Xu Yuyan, Vice Chairperson of Nanshaxu Subdistrict Trade Union, attended the session and provided guidance. 

The assembly reviewed and approved the preparatory work report, election guidelines, and candidate lists for both candidates and ballot counters. Through secret ballot voting, members of the first Trade Union Committee, Fund Review Committee, Women Workers' Committee, Labor Dispute Mediation Committee, Labor Law Supervision Committee, and Labor Protection Supervision Committee were elected, ensuring full transparency, fairness, and impartiality throughout the electoral process.

1、 Maintenance of molds before production

1. Before the production of injection molds, clean the surface of the molds of oil and rust, check whether there are foreign objects in the cooling water holes of the molds, and whether there are water passages that are blocked;

2. It is necessary to check whether the arc in the mold adhesive sleeve is damaged, whether there are any residual foreign objects, whether there are any abnormalities in the moving parts, and whether the action is smooth.

2、 Maintenance of molds during production

The defects of most injection molded products are caused during the plasticization and injection molding stages of the injection molded parts, but sometimes they are also related to unreasonable design. The influencing factors include the type of injection port, the number of mold cavities, position and size, the design of the cold/hot runner system, and the structure of the product itself. Therefore, in order to avoid product defects caused by mold design, we need to analyze the injection mold during production.

After obtaining the test results of the injection mold, the operator usually needs to evaluate the specific situation of the mold again to avoid unnecessary costs and time during the modification process. In most cases, in order to compensate for deficiencies in mold design, operators may unknowingly make incorrect settings because the range of parameter settings required to produce qualified products is very small. Once there is any deviation in parameter settings, it may lead to the quality of the final product far exceeding the allowable error range.

The purpose of trial molding for injection molded parts is to identify optimized process parameters and mold design. Not just to get a good sample. This is very important. Even if factors such as materials, machine settings, or environment change, a stable and uninterrupted mass production environment can still be ensured.
